Ahh altast i got the problem i am happy that i got it now, as it will create problem later . But bad thing is i have to go back to modelling again :(.... Below is the render test from which i came to know abt it...

Bala the problem was the mixed spans in the back muscles which was causing some odd deformation. I rectified it by not ending the spans there and extended them to not much deforming area ... :) Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
